The Cost to Recruit
We consider recruiting a partnership with our clients and act as an extension of their organizations. Finding and attracting a qualified professional for a high level position can be costly and time-consuming for you and your staff. Calling on the expertise and experience of HNH Partners to handle this essential work makes smart business sense. We work on a contingency basis, with our fee based upon 25% of the individual's first year's total cash compensation.
Our Recruitment Methodology
In every project, our primary objectives are to develop and use a clearly defined position specification and to identify and evaluate only candidates who fit all our client's needs. We follow a phased, thorough methodology crafted to the specific needs of each client to produce superior results.
Consultation
We meet with our clients and become thoroughly familiar with their organization, culture and recruiting needs. We review each specific candidate skill and experience needed, identifying both the technical qualities and personal attributes crucial to a successful fit between candidate, position, and organization.
Research
We research similar and targeted industries, markets, environments, and the competition. We define target companies and sources that are in a position to know where the most appropriate candidates may be found.
Evaluation
Based on the results from the first two phases, we identify potential candidates for each position and compile a list of prospects.
Contact
We contact potential candidates, conduct confidential telephone interviews with those who meet the client's requirements, assess technical qualifications and evaluate the candidate/client fit. We also review the candidates' personal backgrounds, technical experience, and career history as they relate to the position.
Assessment
We review all serious candidates in detail with the client and present an in-depth profile of each, which includes personal background, technical experience and work history. We recommend only those candidates who meet the client's criteria and have a serious interest in joining the organization so you don't waste time with unqualified or uninterested prospects.
Presentation
Candidates who interest the client are introduced in a confidential meeting at a convenient location.
Educational Verification
If the client is interested, we will verify the candidate's educational background.
Negotiation
We counsel and assist with the development of compensation packages and other details of employment, including relocation. We also are in an ideal position to counsel the candidate and client regarding any counter-offer that may be extended by the candidate's current employer.
